100 gms of fish or chicken or 2 eggs (for your protein requirement)
2 pieces of bread or 1 cup of rice (for your carbohydrate requirement)
Drink another 4-6 glasses of water between the lunch and the dinner


Part 3 - Dinner
around 70 grams of cooked or semi-cooked vegetables (vegetables contain fiber)
100 gms of fish or chicken or 2 eggs (for your protein requirement)
2 pieces of bread or 1 cup of rice (for your carbohydrate requirement)
Drink another 2-3 glasses of water before sleeping.
Things to avoid: Sugar, Alcohol and Salt.
